The 2nd Workshop on Silicon-Based Micro- and Nano-Structures and Their Applications
Silicon is the most widely used semiconductor, which is critical to the development of our society. Research on silicon-based micro- and nano-structures not only enables the continuous development of microelectronics and photovoltaics, but also extends the use of silicon in other important fields such as optoelectronics, biomedicine and energy storage. For the sake of enhancing the exchange among researchers the 1st Workshop on Silicon-Based Micro- and Nano-Structures and Their Applications was held in Suzhou from January 21 to 22, 2016 with the great support of the Functional Nano & Soft Materials Laboratory at Soochow University. Following the success of the 1st Workshop on Silicon-Based Micro- and Nano-Structures and Their Applications, we are going to have the 2nd one from January 06 to 08, 2017 in the State Key Laboratory of Silicon Materials at Zhejiang University. Experts in the field are cordially invited to participate in this workshop.
