Dr. Di Liang简介
Di received his B.S. degree in Optical Engineering from the Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China in 2002, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN in 2004 and 2006, respectively. His Ph.D. research focused on GaAs-based high-index-contrast, low-loss ridge waveguides, and high-efficiency laser design, fabrication and characterizations. His current research interests include silicon and III-V photonic integrated circuits, semiconductor materials and nanofabrication, etc. He has authored and coauthored over 60 journal and conference papers, and is a member of IEEE.
